I believe leadership is a journey—not a destination. The best leaders are willing to grow, remain curious, and continually refine how they lead, communicate, and bring out the best in others.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading within some of Seattle’s most recognized organizations, including Starbucks, the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass, and Seattle Colleges, as well as in healthcare and senior living. Working across such diverse environments has given me a unique perspective on people, leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Those experiences—and the leaders I’ve had the opportunity to learn from along the way—have shaped my approach to helping others grow as leaders.

Today, I serve as Vice President of Administrative Services at North Seattle College, where I lead complex operations and organizational initiatives. Along the way, I’ve developed a passion for helping leaders grow. I work with individuals who want to become more confident, intentional, and effective in how they lead and manage.

My approach is practical and personalized, grounded in real-world leadership experience and a genuine belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to leading people. Every leader brings different strengths, experiences, and challenges to the table—and meaningful growth begins with understanding what makes you uniquely you.

I hold a Bachelor's in Business & Public Relations and a Master's of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.
